A louvre bank does two jobs at once: it has to move enough air or block enough sun to meet the spec, and it has to line up with the facade grid. We size the blade profile and pitch from the required free area first, then set the frame out to the architectural module.
Aluminium is the right material here because the whole assembly stays light enough to hang off a facade without heavy secondary steel, and it does not stain the cladding below it the way an untreated ferrous frame eventually will.
Fixed horizontal and vertical blades angled to cut direct solar gain while keeping the view out.
Weather-resistant blade profiles sized to a calculated free area for plant rooms, substations and generator enclosures.
Manually or motor-operated adjustable blades where shading needs to change through the day.
Aluminium carrier frames and brackets hidden behind the blade line so only the louvre reads on the elevation.
Mesh backing behind ventilation louvres to keep birds and wind-blown sand out of plant spaces.
Polyester powder coating to RAL and anodised finishes selected for long-term UV stability.
