Shahid Nazir is the Founder and Managing Partner of Shahid Nazir & Co., Chartered Accountants, bringing over six years of professional experience in audit, assurance, financial reporting, and business advisory. He has extensive experience serving clients across Pakistan and the United Kingdom, delivering high-quality solutions to businesses operating in diverse industries.
Throughout his career, Shahid has led and participated in statutory audits, group audits, financial statement preparation, and regulatory compliance engagements for entities ranging from startups and SMEs to multinational groups. His expertise encompasses International Standards on Auditing (ISA), IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 102), the Companies Act 2017 (Pakistan), and corporate governance frameworks.
Before establishing his own practice, Shahid gained valuable experience with a leading audit firm in Pakistan and currently collaborates with a UK-based Chartered Accountancy practice, supporting audit and assurance engagements for a wide portfolio of UK clients. This international exposure enables him to combine global best practices with practical commercial insight.
Beyond assurance services, Shahid advises businesses on financial reporting, accounting outsourcing, internal controls, process improvement, and Fractional CFO solutions, helping organizations strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.
